NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor trustee named below to all persons having a claim against Marian Fumiko Nakagawa (“Decedent”), who died on October 28, 2019, Decedent’s Estate, or the Marian F. Nakagawa Revocable Living Trust dated March 23, 1995 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Gayle N. Gonsalves, successor trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 208 Kilea Place, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
