SUMMONS TO ANSWER
COMPLAINT FOR
DIVORCE
To Defendant:
WEI ZHONG
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that FEI ZHU has filed a Complaint for Divorce against you in the Family Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, in FC-D No. 18-1-0930, alleging that you and Ms. Zhu (hereinafter referred to as "the parties") are lawfully married to each other, that the parties have one child born of the marriage who is still a minor, that Ms. Zhu should be awarded sole legal and physical custody of the child, that the assets and debts of the parties should be divided in a just and equitable way, that you are not entitled to an award of alimony, and praying that a decree be entered to Ms. Zhu granting a divorce to her from the bonds of matrimony on the ground that the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken, and requesting that a decree be entered granting a divorce to Ms. Zhu from the bonds of matrimony and granting the relief requested in the Complaint for Divorce.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the presiding Family Court Judge in his/her courtroom in the Family Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, at the 4675 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, on Thursday, the 18th day of June, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. In the event that you fail to appear and defend as required by the Family Court, further action may be taken in this cause, including judgment for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Divorce by default without further notice to you.
