Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Sections 560:3-801 and 560:3-803, notice is given that Jocelyn Yuk Ngan Quan died on February 29, 2020, and Randall K. Quan is the Successor Trustee of the James Quan and Jocelyn Yuk Ngan Quan Living Trust dated May 21, 2009, and is the named Personal Representative under the Will of Jocelyn Yuk Ngan Quan.

All creditors of the Estate of Jocelyn Yuk Ngan Quan, and the James Quan and Jocelyn Yuk Ngan Quan Living Trust dated May 21, 2009, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee, Randall K. Quan, c/o Donald K. O. Wong, Esq., P. O. Box 2800, Honolulu, HI 96803-2800, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
