Notice is hereby given that ANTHONY J. CONTORELLI ("Decedent") passed away on November 24, 2019.
TOMOE UCHIDA CONTORELLI, filed a petition, alleging intestacy of said decedent, showing property within the jurisdiction of this Court and asking that TOMOE UCHIDA CONTORELLI, whose address is c/o Gary G. Grimmer & Associates, 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1940, Honolulu, HI 96813, Attn: Ann Correa, be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.
July 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI, is the appointed time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to the nominee at the above address within four months from the date of first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
