Estate of PAMELA SCHWINK, also known as PAMELA SCHWINK TONG, PAMELA S. TONG, and PAMELA TONG, deceased.

An informal application has been filed by CAITLIN TONG, alleging intestacy of the decedent who died on February 21, 2020, and CAITLIN TONG, whose address is c/o JOHN K. MATSUMOTO, ESQ., 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and whose telephone number is (808) 548-5700, has been informally appointed as personal representative of the decedent without bond, in an unsupervised administration.
If any interested person has objection to the informal application, such person may file a petition for formal proceeding, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, such person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
