Elizabeth Chang Bosworth The ELIZABETH C. BOSWORTH Revocable Living Trust dated
May 16, 2019, as amended.
The above-named decedent died on April 10, 2020. All creditors of the above-named decedent and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Kerri B. Van Duyne, c/o Est8Planning Counsel LLLC, 201 Merchant St., Ste. 1800, Honolulu, HI 96813, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
