ESTATE OF CRISPINA BAYQUEN TAPANGCO, aka Bening Bayquen and Crispina Tapangco, Deceased, and the TAPANGCO FAMILY TRUST
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Sections 560:3-801 and 560:3-803, notice is given that Crispina Bayquen Tapangco, aka Bening Bayquen and Crispina Tapangco died on March 1, 2020, and Priscilla Tapangco-Wagner is the Successor Trustee of the Tapangco Family Trust dated December 31, 1992, as amended, and is the named Personal Representative under the Will of Crispina Tapangco, as amended.
All creditors of the Estate of Crispina Bayquen Tapangco, aka Bening Bayquen and Crispina Tapangco, and the Tapangco Family Trust dated December 31, 1992, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee, Priscilla Tapangco-Wagner, c/o Donald K. O. Wong, Esq., P. O. Box 2800, Honolulu, HI 96803-2800, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
