NOTICE OF INTENT TO TERMINATE

Skai Technologies, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (the “Company”), has dissolved and intends to terminate. All persons with claims against the Company are to present them in writing to Skai Dissolution, LLC, 2909 Alphonse Place, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816. Any claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the later of the last publication date of this notice or the date of filing of the articles of termination. Any claim against the Company must include the claimant’s full legal name, address, and telephone number, the amount claimed, and a description of the nature of the claim including the date the claim arose.
