YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs DOLE FOOD COMPANY, INC., a North Carolina corporation and ALLEN P. Y. TYAU, Trustee of the Frances S. L. Tyau Revocable Living Trust dated March 26, 2012 (jointly “Plaintiffs”) have filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 18-1-1127-07 JHA, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii, wherein the Plaintiffs therein pray, among other things, for a determination that Plaintiffs have clear title to that certain parcel of land (being portion of the land described in and covered by Royal Patent Grant Number 1332 to Nauluhao and Koa) situate, lying and being at Kemoo, District of Waialua, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, and being LOTS 1332-A and 1332-B, bearing Tax Key Designations (1) 6-5-002-027 and (1) 6-5-002-028, together with attorneys’ fees, costs and for other proper relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to be and appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom located at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on the 2nd day of June, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ attorney, Schlack Ito, a Limited Liability Law Company, whose address is 745 Fort Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
