NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against Stephen Takuji Moriguchi (“Decedent”), who died on January 6, 2020, Decedent’s Estate, or the Stephen T. Moriguchi Revocable Trust dated May 21, 1986 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Susan A. Moriguchi, trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is P.O. Box 240743, Honolulu, Hawaii 96824, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
