NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against Futao Terashima (“Decedent”), who died on January 24, 2020, Decedent’s Estate, or the Futao Terashima Trust dated July 14, 1992 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Joyce E. Baker and Carl K. Terashima, co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is c/o 1520 Ward Avenue, #101, Honolulu, Hawaii 96822, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
