CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “KULANA HALE AT KAPOLEI PHASE I” project [HDCC Jobs No. 51806 & 51807], located at 1020 Wakea Street, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 9-1-088:021) in accordance with its contract with KMUD I, LP, Owner.
