(JMT), to expunge the document dated July 3, 1996 entitled “Notice of Implied or Constructive Trust,” recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawai’i as Document No. 96-095251, pertaining to that property located at 59-063C Hoalua Street, Haleiwa, Hawai’i 96712, also identified as Tax Map Key No. (1) 5-9-001-010.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, Judge of the First Circuit, Courtroom 5B at Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawai`i 96813 on May 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. or to file a response or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Petitioner’s attorney, W. Keoni Shultz, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
