The Department of Transportation, Communication & Infrastructure of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM TC&I) is hereby soliciting Statements of Professional Qualifications from interested entities for the purpose of implementing the “Airport Geographical Information System Study” for Pohnpei, Chuuk, Yap and Kosrae International Airports. This Work will be performed under the United States Federal Aviation Administration (US FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to FSM.

a. Perform an AGIS survey in accordance with FAA AC 150/5300-16, 17 and 18,
b. Perform Airport Airspace Analysis Survey in accordance with AC 150/ 5300-18B,
c. Review existing data and identify gaps between existing and new data collected and
d. Determine effect of on and off objects on features shown on the approved Airport Layout Plan and update when necessary.

In order to be considered, Statements of Professional Proposals and Qualifications must be submitted to the above contact no later than 4:00 P.M., Pohnpei, FSM time, Friday, April 24, 2020.

FSM TC&I reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Professional Proposals and Qualifications submitted for any reason, if it is in FSM TC&I’s best interest.
