FILED, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the abovenamed decedent, who died on October 1, 2019, together with an Application by Charlene S. Kobayashi, now known as Charlene H. Kobayashi, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and whose telephone number is (808) 548-5700, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said Charlene S. Kobayashi, now known as Charlene H. Kobayashi.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all cred itors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated November 4, 1992, as amended, known as the Masae I. Honda Revocable Living Trust, are hereby notified that Charlene H. Kobayashi is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 and whose telephone number is (808) 548-5700, and that any and all claims which they have against said Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
