Notice is hereby given that Akiko Kubo (“Decedent”) passed away on February 3, 2020. All persons having a claim against Decedent or the Akiko Kubo Revocable Living Trust dated July 12, 2000 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Carleton Taketa, Robin Moross and Paul Taketa (“Trustees”), whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, are serving as Trustees of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
