NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to HRS 560:3-801, all persons having a claim against the Estate of DONALD YUKIO SUZUKI, Deceased and THE DONALD YUKIO SUZUKI TRUST dated 12/14/2001 are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Alma Y. Kagimoto at P.0. Box 383, Lawai, Hawaii 96765 within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
