Notice is hereby given that Mildred Hatsue Yoshikawa (“Decedent”) passed away on December 29, 2019. All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Mildred Hatsue Yoshikawa (“Estate”) or the Mildred Hatsue Yoshikawa Revocable Living Trust dated November 16, 1990 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Bank of Hawaii, a Hawaii corporation (“Trustee”), whose address is P. O. Box 3170, c/o #712 Estate Settlement, Honolulu, HI 96802, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
