An informal application has been filed by Margaret DeCoite, alleging intestacy of the decedent. Margaret DeCoite, whose address is c/o David A. Bernstein, Attorney at Law, 1050 Bishop St., #464, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, has been informally appointed as Personal Representative of the estate, without bond, in an unsupervised administration. If any interested person has any objection to the informal proceeding, he or she must file a petition for a formal proceeding, or such person may be deemed to have waived any objection.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Personal Representative at the address shown above, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
