All creditors of KATHLEEN KAM CHING, Deceased, and BRIAN YAU GONG CHING, Deceased, and/or the Revocable Living Trust of Brian Yua Gong Ching, as amended on October 7, 2019, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouches or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate to Roy M.
