TETSUO NAKAGAWA 91, of Pearl City, a Korean War Army veteran and retired budget analyst for the Department of Defense, passed away on January 29, 2020. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Thelma; son, Peter (Elizabeth Lee); sister, Marilyn Kuroda; and grandson, Carter. Private services were held.
