NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF KEIKO USHIJIMA, aka KAY KEIKO USHIJIMA, Deceased, and THE JAMES S. USHIJIMA AND KEIKO USHIJIMA REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Sections 560:3-801 and 560:3-803, notice is given that Keiko Ushijima, aka Kay Keiko Ushijima died on January 30, 2020, and Arthur A. Ushijima is the Successor Trustee of the James S. Ushijima and Keiko Ushijima Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated August 30, 1996, and is the named Personal Representative under the Will of Keiko Ushijima.
All creditors of the Estate of Keiko Ushijima, aka Kay Keiko Ushijima, and the James S. Ushijima and Keiko Ushijima Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated August 30, 1996, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee, Arthur A. Ushijima, c/o Donald K. O. Wong, Esq., P. O. Box 2800, Honolulu, HI 96803-2800, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
