VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 574

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Lillian McCarthy has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-23.1(c)(1) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Robert Chong, Vice President of Laulea Engineering is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for a new wastewater treatment plant to be installed for the Hanohano Hale AOAO, located at 53-549 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, Hawaii 96717 and TMK (1) 5-3-008:001.
