FILED, Petition of WARREN BROWN and LYNN BROWN, Successor Trustees of the Foley Family Trust dated October 30, 1975, as amended, alleging intestacy of the above-named decedent, and asking LYNNE K. KUSHI, whose address is 140 Haili Street, Suite A, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, and whose tel. no. is (808) 935-1116, be appointed Special Administrator of said estate.
FEB 14 2020, at 8:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate at 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said petition and all interested persons.
