VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 561

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Shannon Medley has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules,”Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Dennis Poma is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance is for the installation of an individual wastewater system at 54-151 Hanaimoa Street, Hauula, Hawaii 96717 and TMK (1) 5-4-015: 072.
