After retirement from KS, he moved back to Maui where he held several part time jobs as a bus driver for Akina Bus Company, served as a marshal at Maui Lani Golf Course, and a shuttle driver for Alamo. Pat’s kindness touched many who crossed paths with him. He was affectionately known as "Papa Bear" to his family, and his witty comebacks, inventive nicknames, and humor will be missed dearly. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann "Meleana" Aloy, daughter, Debbie Damas (Milton), son, Jason Aloy, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grand- children, and sister, Bevlee Chong. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Chapel. Visitation will be at 2pm followed by service at 3pm.
