LEONARD JOHN YOU TAM CHUNG

72, passed away on November 1, 2019. He was born in Honolulu on July 27, 1947. Leonard recently retired from City Mill and in his free time he loved woodworking and had a passion for painting and drawing using oil, charcoal, and watercolor. He also enjoyed bowling, golfing, and going to the University of Hawai’i wahine volleyball and UH Warrior football games.
Leonard is preceded in death by his parents Cyril and Violet Chung. He is survived by his brother Cyril (Nina) Chung; nephews: Clayton (Daphne) Chung, Corey Kaipo (Vanina) Chung; nieces: Carol-Ann (Kevin) Ota, Clare Sanches; Grand nephews: Kamron Sanches, Keli’i Tolentino, Bailey Ota, Cade, Kainoa and Kekai Chung; Grand nieces: Kelsey-Ann Ota, Karley and Kobe-Lee Sanches, Caylynn and Calia Chung, Chrissyann (Brannon Gouveia) Salinas.

Visitation: 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019
at Hawaiian Memorial Park, Kaneohe
Committal Service: 1:00 p.m. at the Hawai’i State Veterans Cemetery
