YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIX TRUST has commenced an action by filing a Complaint in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawai’i, Civil No. 15-1-1121-06, in the matter entitled HMC Assets LLC, Solely in its Capacity as Separate Trustee of CAM XIX Trust v. Jesus Lasconia Labella, et. al., for the foreclosure of the mortgaged property located at 41-809 Mekia Street, Waimanalo, Hawai’i 96795.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the First Circuit Court, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813, on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, Keith Y. Yamada and Mallory T. Martin, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
