He is survived by his wife Leona (Lani Uwekoolani Guillermo), a daughter Valerie Mixon, two sons, Leslie and Nathan Guillermo (Renee), 7 grandchildren, & 6 great-grandchildren.

Services: 10:00am on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel, Honolulu. Burial: 1:00pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
