YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF THE PALMS, INC., an unincorporated condominium association ("ASSOCIATION"), by its Board of Directors, filed a Crossclaim against you in Civil No. 15-1-1923-10, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein the ASSOCIATION prays for a judgment and the foreclosure of its lien upon Unit No. 1002 of The Palms, Inc. condominium project, located at 431 Nahua Street, #1002, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 ("Property"), on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable James C. McWhinnie, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 7th day of January, 2020, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or otherwise plead and serve it before said day upon Anderson Lahne & Fujisaki LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership, the ASSOCIATION’s attorneys, whose address is 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2301, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Crossclaim. Failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment against you.
