Notice if hereby given that Jimmy Alvarez Barbosa (“Decedent”) died on May 20, 2019.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, or the Estate of Jimmy Alvarez Barbosa (“Estate”), are hereby notified that Jefferson Barbosa and Dixon Ama R. Duque, whose addresses are c/o Alex Wilkins, Esq., Kelley & Wilkins, LLC, 24 N. Church St. #312, Wailuku, HI 96793, are serving as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent or the Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Jefferson Barbosa and Dixon Ama R. Duque, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
