NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor trustee named below to all persons having a claim against Glenn Toshiharu Kouchi (“Decedent”), who died on June 20, 2019, Decedent’s Estate or the Glenn T. Kouchi Revocable Living Trust dated December 16, 1992 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Elaine T. Kouchi, successor trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 1311 Lopaka Place, Kailua, Hawaii 96734, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
