AUCTION: December 4, 2019 at 12:00 noon, 95 Nakolo Place, Honolulu, HI 96819; TERMS OF SALE: Aircraft will be sold “as is” and subject to any potential liens of record. Auction with 10% of highest bid payable in cash, certified or cashier’s check at close of auction; the remainder to be paid upon closing. The 10% may be forfeited if Buyer fails to close.
