NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF
OAHU CEMETERY ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of OAHU CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation (the “Association”), will be held in the chapel on Monday, November 4, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. (Hawaii time), at 2162 Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii, for the following purposes:
1. To consider and act upon such other matters as may properly come before the Annual Meeting.
2. To review consider and act upon the financial position and capital improvement plans of Oahu Cemetery Association.
3. To elect Board of Trustee members whose terms have expired.
4. To consider and act upon such other matters as may properly be brought forth by the members (defined as plot, crypt and niche owners) of Oahu Cemetery Association.
