CONTRACTOR’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “QUEEN’S PHYSICIANS OFFICE BUILDING – WEST OAHU REPLACEMENT OF ROOFTOP PACKAGE A/C UNITS” project [HDCC Job No. 11735], located at 91-2139 Fort Weaver Road, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 9-1-017:57) in accordance with its contract with The Queen’s Medical Center, Owner.
