YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that SHEILAH EIKO SKINNER has filed a Complaint for Divorce against you in the Family Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, in FC-D No. 19-1-0804, alleging that you and Ms. Skinner (hereinafter referred to as “the parties”) are lawfully married to each other, that the parties have no children born of the marriage, that the assets and debts of the parties should be divided in a just
and equitable way, that Ms. Skinner is entitled to an award of alimony, and praying that a decree be entered to Ms. Skinner granting a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on the ground that the marriage is irretrievably broken, and requesting that a decree be entered granting a divorce to Ms. Skinner from the bonds of matrimony and granting the relief requested in the Complaint for Divorce.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the presiding Family Court Judge in his/her courtroom in the Family Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, at 4675 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. In the event that you fail to appear and defend as required by the Family Court, further action may be taken in this cause, including judgment for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Divorce by default without further notice to you.
