SUMMONS

To Rachel Ann Peter, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Thomas Henry Gerber Meade:
You are hereby notified that the Association of Apartment Owners of Inn on the Park has filed a Complaint for Foreclosure against you in that action filed as Civil No. 18-1-1720-10 [JHC] in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to foreclose on real property located at 1920 Ala Moana Boulevard, Apartment 1110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 and identified by Tax Map Key 1-2-6-007-026-0094 in which you may claim an interest.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on December 17, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the attorneys for the Plaintiff at Forrester Legal, LLLC, whose address is Alii Place, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 2110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
