TO: Defendants unknown heirs or assigns of W. B. O. KUA, also known as OPUNUI KUA, W. B. OPUNUI KUA, WILLIAM BENJAMIN OPUNUI KUA and WILLIAM OPUNUI KUA, NINIO (w), also known as NINIO OPUNUI KUA (w), ROBERT WAIALEALE, also known as ROBERT K. WAIALEALE, ROBERT WAIALEALE (son of ROBERT WAIALEALE), KAULALOA, KEKUAMANOHA, PAAOAO, HEBOLA (w), also known as DEBOLA (w), PAPU, GEBORA, and all persons unknown having or claiming to have any interest in the real property described in the Complaint.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, ROBINSON FAMILY PARTNERS, has filed a complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CIVIL NO. 19-1-0127, to determine all claims adverse to and to establish Plaintiff’s fee simple title to:
(1) that portion of the land described in Kamehameha IV to Aimanumanu, situated at Kukui, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, currently within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-002-050.
(2) that portion of Land Commission Award No. 6377 to Kaulaloa, Land Patent No. 8460 to Tomezo Ueda in the name of Kaulaloa, situated at Kaumahaluau, Halepua, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, currently within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-001-011.
(3) Land Commission Award No. 6553 to Paaoao, situated at Kaumahaluau, Halepua, District of Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, currently within Tax Map Key: (4) 1-6-001-011.
(4) Land Commission Award No. 8256 to Hohoiea, situated at Wahiawa, District of Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii, currently within Tax Map Key: (4) 2-4-007-003.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable KATHLEEN N.A. WATANABE, Judge of the Fifth Circuit Court, 3970 Kaana Street, Courtroom 6, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 1:30 p.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney, MICHAEL W. GIBSON, whose address is ASHFORD & WRISTON, A Limited Liability Law Partnership LLP, First Hawaiian Center, Suite 1400, 999 Bishop Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
