business as RSL DRYWALL
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs TRUSTEES OF THE HAWAII TAPERS’ TRUST FUNDS claim that you have violated the terms of REGINALD S. LEITE, JR., individually, and doing business as RSL DRYWALL’s collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) with the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades Drywall Tapers, Finishers & Allied Workers Local Union 1944, AFL-CIO, by REGINALD S. LEITE, JR., individually, and doing business as RSL DRYWALL’s, refusal to submit timely reports, employee benefit contributions and to allow an auditf, in violation of said CBA.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs TRUSTEES OF THE HAWAII TAPERS’ TRUST FUNDS have filed a Complaint in Civil No. 19-00334 ACK-WRP, in the United States District Court For The District of Hawaii, to compel REGINALD S. LEITE, JR., individually, and doing business as RSL DRYWALL’s compliance with the terms of said CBA and for damages against REGINALD S. LEITE, JR., individually, and doing business as RSL DRYWALL, in the amount of $43,207.59, plus interest at $6.58 per diem from June 26, 2019, until entry of judgment, plus attorney’s fees, costs and additional amounts due, plus interest thereon, that may be uncovered by trial or proof, and for such other and further relief as justice requires.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Wes Reber Porter, Courtroom 7, 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96850, on November 15, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Ashley K. Ikeda or Jerry P.S. Chang, attorneys for Plaintiffs TRUSTEES OF THE HAWAII TAPERS’ TRUST FUNDS, whose address is Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld, 220 S. King Street, Suite 901, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
