NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF KWONG YEN LUM,
ALSO KNOWN AS K. Y. LUM, DECEASED, AND OF HIS ESTATE AND OF THE KWONG YEN LUM REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 9, 1982, AS AMENDED

All creditors of the above-named decedent, of the above-named decedent’s estate and of the trust known as The Kwong Yen Lum Revocable Trust dated June 9, 1982, as amended (the “Trust”), are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to David B. Lum, Successor Trustee of the Trust, c/o Edward Y. C. Chun, 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
