All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Raymond Souza Marks, Jr. and the Raymond Souza Marks, Jr. Children’s Trust declared under trust instrument dated December 7, 1994 (“Trust”) and amended by trust instruments dated October 31, 2003 and April 2, 2008, are hereby notified that David Souza Marks, whose address is c/o Eric S. Yamagata, Esq. 119 Merchant Street, Suite 630 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.

Pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
