NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor co-trustees named below to all persons having a claim against TOSHIKO KUROZUMI (“Decedent”), who died on August 14, 2018, Decedent’s Estate or the Toshiko Kurozumi Trust dated July 5, 1994 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to JOAN M. FUNAMURA and JOY C. JOSE, successor co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is c/o 3307 Brokaw Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
