All creditors of the above-named decedent’s estate and of the Kenneth D. H. Yuen Revocable Living Trust dated May 8, 1990, as amended, are hereby notified pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to CHRIS Q. Y. YUEN, nominated personal representative of the above decedent’s estate and Successor Trustee of the Trust, 4468 Kilauea Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
