ROBERT KENGO SHANE JOHANSEN 52, of Waipahu, a Waiahole Water System flow operator for the State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture, passed away at Queen’s Medical Center West on August 27, 2019. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters, Kodi, Kori and Kobi; parents, Glenn and Patsy Johansen; brother, Vance; maternal grand- mother, Betsy Wong, and paternal grandmother, Helen Bell. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Pearl Country Club. Casual attire. No flowers.
