FREDERICK 68 of Hauula HI passed away on August 15, 2019. Survived by Wife Bridget Welch, Son Bishop Frederick Welch III, Daughters Yvonne Hurlbut & JoReece Tupuola, 8 Grand- children & 4 Great Grandchildren. Student athlete of Kahuku High Track and football, US Army, worked construction, Payless, Turtle Bay, UH Security (Retired), Kamehameha Kapalama Security, an Elder & CFO. He enjoyed music , singing, & photography. Loved his family and Christ. Services held on August 31, 2019 at Greater Mt Zion viewing 9-10am service to follow and burial at Valley of the Temple at 3pm.
