YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST , has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 18-1-1582-10 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 2611 Ala Wai Blvd Unit: 2303, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96815, TMK No. (1) 2-6-028-001 (CPR 0123), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI 96813 on September 24, 2019, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Steven T. Iwamura, of Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
