ROSE YOSHIKO TANIGUCHI NIP
May 7, 1931 ~ May 3, 2019
Rose was born in Honolulu and was a proud 1949 graduate of Farrington High School.
Rose retired from Hawaii USA FCU, formerly known as Oahu Educational Employees FCU No. 3, after 35 years of service. At the credit union she served as a loan officer, assistant branch manager and member service representative. She very much enjoyed helping the members who she considered as her friends and extended family. Rose always found a way to assist the members and HI USA FCU established the “Rose” award in recognition of her outstanding customer service. Her colleagues fondly remember her for her always cheerful and positive attitude.
Rose was a faithful and joyful woman and spent many hours in prayer and volunteering alongside dear friends at St. Philomena Church. She enjoyed her retirement traveling with her family and friends and spent much time and imparted her wisdom with them.
Predeceased by her daughter Denise Nip, Rose is survived by Andrea Nip (Daughter), Attila Bolla (son-in-law), Celeste Nip (Daughter), Stephen and Scott Dolphin Enos (Grandsons), Russell Blair (son-in-law) & Caroline Barcelona Blair (Granddaughter), Howard Nip and many loving nieces and nephews.
