JAMES SATOSHI YAMADA 82, of Makakilo, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2019 at Maunalani Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii & is survived by his wife, Brigitte; children: Shirley (Guy) Amimoto & Brian (Cindy Gutierrez) Yamada; and 2 grand- sons: James & Matthew. Preceded in death by his son, James N. Yamada III. Visitation 5 p.m.; Services 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Inurnment 2 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
