89, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on May 5, 2019. Elpidia was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She retired from Dee-Lite Bakery as a supervisor after 22 years of service.
She is survived by her sons: Johnny (Marilyn) Lim, Eduardo (Sally) Lim and Ferdinand Jeffrey (Dawn) Luis; daughters: Ofelia (Joselito) Barrios, Perlita (Larry) Gines and Catherine (David) Wharton; grandchildren: Jonathan, Christine, Jarred, Jena, Prescilla, Andrew Jordan, Jennifer, Emily, Daniel, Jamie, Dylin; great-grandchildren: Aulani, Elise and Caleb; brother, Juan Rasalan; sisters: Florencia Ganal and Candida Rasalan.

Visitation: 5:30 p.m.; Wake service: 6:30 p.m on Sunday,
June 23, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park’s Mauka Chapel.

Last respects will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Monday June 24, 2019 Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Pearl City, Hawaii.
Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.
Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
