Terms of Sale: NO UPSET PRICE. Property shall be sold in “AS IS” condition to the highest bidder. Ten percent (10%) of the highest bid payable in cash, certified or cashier’s check at close of auction, the balance of the purchase price to be paid concurrently with the conveyance of subject property to purchaser. Purchaser shall pay the cost of conveyancing, recordation and conveyance taxes and shall pay for and be responsible for securing possession of the property. Potential bidders must provide proof of ability to comply with 10% of bid requirement prior to participating in the public auction. Real property taxes, maintenance fees and any other costs shall be prorated as of the date of conveyance of title. SALE SUBJECT TO COURT CONFIRMATION.
Potential bidders are informed that the Court may reopen the bidding at the confirmation hearing.
A new bid at the Court confirmation hearing must be 5% greater than the high bid at the auction. Potential bidders at the Court confirmation hearing must comply with the 10% of bid requirement.
